What We Do (product design + delivery leadership)

We don’t write code; we make sure the right code gets written.

• Tech for Impact (design, not dev): pattern the problems at scale; feature scoping, knowledge bases; define guardrails and compliance.

• Data Systems & Reporting (architecture + handoff): data models and standards; reporting specs; “decision-ready” dashboard wireframes; training & TA for consistent reporting.

• Agile Product Delivery (facilitation + PM): discovery, co-design workshops, structured brainstorming, user testing, backlog shaping, sprint facilitation, and vendor coordination.

Role: product design, group facilitation, and project management.
Build: by your dev team or a vetted vendor while we coordinate end-to-end.
